:: Tonight's record attendance of 60,218 marked the first sellout in Boone Pickens Stadium history. The previous high attendance mark of 59,638 came earlier this season against TCU.
:: Serving as Oklahoma State captains for today's game were Andrew Suter, Justin Gilbert, Shaun Lewis and Kye Staley.
:: Oklahoma State is 10-1 on the year, marking the third time in the last four seasons that the Cowboys have hit the 10-win mark. Prior to Mike Gundy taking over as head coach in 2005, OSU had three 10-win seasons in 102 seasons of football – 1984, 1987 and 1988. Gundy was the starting quarterback on the 1987 and 1988 squads.
:: The Cowboys have seven conference wins this year, marking only the second time in school history that OSU has won seven conference games in a season. The Cowboys won eight Big 12 games in 2011.
:: The Cowboys are 9-3 in their last 12 games against ranked opponents.
:: This was OSU's fourth win over a team ranked in the top 10 of the Associated Press poll under head coach Mike Gundy. The Cowboys also beat No. 3 Missouri in Columbia in 2008, beat No. 8 Texas A&M in College Station in 2011 and beat No. 4 Stanford in the 2012 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.
:: OSU now has five wins against a team ranked No. 3 in the Associated Press poll. The others were: 10-7 over Colorado in 1967; 31-6 over Colorado in 1972; 38-28 over Oklahoma in 2002; and 28-23 over Missouri in 2008.
:: Today marked OSU's ninth-straight home win, dating back to last season's loss to Texas and matching the second-longest home winning streak in school history.
:: The Cowboys are 17-1 in their last 18 games in Boone Pickens Stadium, dating back to the start of the 2011 season.
:: OSU has won seven of its last eight meetings with Baylor and is 16-2 in its last 18 contests against the Bears. OSU has 11 consecutive home wins over Baylor, dating back to 1972. Baylor's last win in Stillwater came in 1939.
:: The Cowboys have won 41 games in the last four seasons and 50 in the last five seasons.
:: OSU has seven-straight Big 12 wins, marking only the second time in school history that OSU has won seven-straight conference games. The Cowboys won 10-straight Missouri Valley Conference games from 1929-34 and seven-straight Big 12 games in 2011.
:: OSU's 49 points vs. the third-ranked Bears were its most ever against a BCS ranked opponent.
:: The Cowboys forced three turnovers (all fumbles) to extend their streak of recording at least one takeaway to 19 games.
:: With Tyler Patmon's 78-yard fumble return for a touchdown in the fourth quarter the Cowboys now have seven non-offensive touchdowns this season (two fumble return, two interception return, two punt return and a kickoff return) and 25 such scores since the start of the 2010 season.
:: Oklahoma State is the first team to hold Baylor scoreless in the opening quarter since Louisiana-Monroe on Sept. 21, 2012, a span of 18 games. Entering tonight's contest, the Bears had only failed to score in two quarters (fourth quarter vs. Louisiana-Monroe and third quarter vs. Kansas State) this season.
:: OSU's streak of scoring 20 or more points extended to 50 games tonight. The streak is the longest in the country and the second-longest since Division I split into the FBS/FCS in 1978. USC holds the record at 63.
:: Senior quarterback Clint Chelf threw for a career-high 370 yards. His previous best through the air was 333 yards last season against Baylor.
:: The Cowboys also continued a streak of at least one touchdown drive of faster than two minutes, a streak that now stands at 33 games. OSU had three such drives tonight.
:: Freshman Marcell Ateman's 51-yard reception in the first quarter marked a career long for the freshman, besting his previous high of 34 yards vs. Kansas.
:: Senior fullback Kye Staley entered the game with two career carries for 11 yards. In the first quarter, he had four rushes for 15 yards, including his first-career rushing touchdown, and he finished with 25 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries.
:: Junior Josh Stewart moved into the top five on OSU's career receptions list. He finished with five catches against Baylor, and his 165 are the fourth most all time by a Cowboy.
:: Tracy Moore's 56-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter marked the longest reception of the senior's career, besting his previous high of 53 vs. Oklahoma in 2011.
:: Tracy Moore finished with 126 receiving yards, his first 100-yard receiving effort of the season and fourth of his career.
