• The Cowgirls will open the 2013-14 campaign with the first of two exhibitions on Oct. 29 when they host East Central at 7 p.m.
• The contest is believed to be the first, exhibition or regular season, played by the Cowgirls in the month of October.
• The earliest previous start date on record was a Nov. 2 exhibition against the Oklahoma Flyers in 2007.
• The Cowgirls have won 14 exhibitions in a row after last year's 118-43 victory over Central Oklahoma.
• OSU's last exhibition loss came on Nov. 14, 2003 against Northwest Sports.
• The contest will be the first of two exhibitions for Oklahoma State, marking the first time since 2008 the Cowgirls have played a pair of exhibitions. The last four seasons, OSU opted for one exhibition accompanied by one closed scrimmage.

• The season opener will mark the 100th career game for Tiffany Bias as well as her 99th start.
• OSU is 34-3 in November since 2006.
• The Cowgirls are 29-11 all time in season openers and have won seven consecutive home openers with their last loss coming on Nov. 19, 2005 against Texas State.
Know The Foe
• The Lady Tigers went 19-9 in 2012-13, including a 13-7 mark in Great American Conference play.
• The Lady Tigers were picked by league coaches to finish fourth in the Great American Conference.
• Dilan Webster (2nd team) and Ashley Robison (hm) were both named All-GAC picks a year ago.
• Since 2006, OSU has hosted East Central in exhibition action four times. The last meeting came in 2010 and resulted in a 109-46 victory by the Cowgirls.
What is Gone
• All-American and first-round WNBA pick Toni Young, who finished her career with 1,649 points and 1,069 rebounds.
• Lindsey Keller, who played in 124 career games and finished just outside the school's top 10 all-time career rebounders with 594.
