Cowboy Tennis To Compete At HEB Tournament of Champions

STILLWATER, Okla. – The Oklahoma State men's tennis team will travel to Corpus Christi, Texas, this weekend to compete in the HEB Tournament of Champions, hosted by Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
The Cowboys checked into the team rankings for the first time this season, coming in at No. 64 in the most recent poll. The Cowboys are 3-3 on the year and are coming off of a 4-3 defeat to Liberty on Tuesday.
In the first matchup on Friday, the Cowboys will face off against No. 73 DePaul at 9 a.m. The Blue Demons are 9-5 this season and are coming off of a weekend sweep of Illinois State and Green Bay on their home courts. OSU and DePaul have never met.
The Cowboys would then face either second-seeded and No. 61 South Alabama or Louisiana-Lafayette at 4 p.m. on Friday. The final consolation matches will be played at 9 a.m. on Saturday, with the championship match set for noon.
