Stillwater, Okla. — Oklahoma State's Cowboy Basketball team will host the fourth-ranked Kansas Jayhawks on Monday, Feb. 27, at 8 pm inside Gallagher-Iba Arena. It will also be Senior Night for OSU's lone senior, Keiton Page.
The Cowboys are 14-15 overall this season and 7-9 in Big 12 Conference action, surpassing last season's league-wins total with two games remaining. OSU is led by Page, who is averaging 16.2 points per game this season. The Big 12 active leader in career three pointers, Page is just two treys shy of taking over the top spot as the all-time career leader in total three-pointers made.
Kansas is 24-5 overall this season and 14-2 in league play, and ranked fourth nationally last week prior to an overtime win against then-No. 3 Missouri. The Jayhawks are led by All-America candidate Thomas Robinson, who is averaging 17.8 points and 11.9 rebounds per game this season. KU defeated Oklahoma State earlier this season, 81-66 in Lawrence.
Oklahoma State has won the last two meetings with Kansas inside Gallagher-Iba Arena, including an 85-77 win over the top-ranked Jayhawks in their last visit to Stillwater. OSU also defeated No. 4 Kansas 61-60 in 2008.
The Senior Night presentation will take place approximately 30 minutes prior to tipoff. Coach Travis Ford encourages all fans to arrive early and "Pack it for Page".
