Stillwater, Okla. — Oklahoma State's Cowboy Basketball team travels to Austin, Texas, this weekend to face the Texas Longhorns in a Big 12 Conference matchup. Saturday night's game is set to start at 6 pm, and the game will be televised in Tulsa (Cox Channel 3) and Oklahoma City (Cox Channel 3) by the Cowboy Sports Network.
The Cowboys are 8-6 overall this season and 1-0 in league play following a 67-59 win over Texas Tech in Stillwater Wednesday night. The Longhorns are 10-4 overall, 0-1 in the Big 12 after a 77-71 loss at Iowa State on Wednesday night.
Oklahoma State and Texas are meeting on the hardwood for the 80th time in the series, with UT holding a 44-35 edge. OSU's last victory in Austin came on Jan. 24, 2004, when the Cowboys handed the 'Horns a 72-67 defeat.
The Pokes are led by senior guard Keiton Page, who has been on fire of late. He has scored 20 or more points in three-straight games and is leading the squad with his 14.5 points per game average. Freshman Le'Bryan Nash is second on the team with 12.4 points per game.
