STILLWATER, Okla. – The Oklahoma State men's tennis team begins its fall schedule on Friday when it travels to Fayetteville, Ark., to compete in the RazorRacket Invitational, held at the George M. Billingsley Tennis Center.
The weekend-long tournament pits the Cowboys against Wichita State, Missouri-Kansas City and host Arkansas in singles and doubles matches.
The Cowboys start the tournament on Friday when they take on UMKC, the defending Summit League Champions, at 2 p.m.
OSU will play twice on Saturday, taking on Arkansas at 9 a.m. and Wichita State at 2 p.m. The Cowboys will play again on Sunday at 9 a.m., but their opponent has yet to be determined.
Several Cowboy returners will compete at the event, as well as freshman Christopher Haworth in his collegiate debut.
Haworth, who graduated from Putnam City North High School in Oklahoma City, was ranked as the No. 12 prospect nationally and the No. 1 prospect in Oklahoma, according to tennisrecruiting.net. He is the highest-ranked recruit from Oklahoma to ever play for the Cowboys.
