Donohoe Named Freshman of the Week

IRVING, Texas - For the second time in the last four weeks, Oklahoma State's Liz Donohoe has been named the Big 12 Freshman of the Week by a media voting panel for games played from Dec. 19-26.
Donohoe scored a career-high 27 points in just 17 minutes of play in Oklahoma State's 98-35 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff. She also had a pair of rebounds, an assist and two blocks.
The forward from Edmond, Okla., scored 16 of the squad's first 22 points and finished the first half with 22. Donohoe made all six of her free throws in the contest and now stands at 16-for-16 on the year. She hit 64 percent of her shots from the field (9-of-14) and was 50 percent (3-of-6) from the three-point line.
Donohoe was also named the league's top freshman on Dec. 5.
