The Cowgirls will close out their three-game homestand on Thursday at 7 p.m. when they host Arkansas-Pine Bluff in Gallagher-Iba Arena.
The Cowgirls improved to 6-0 in their last outing with a 74-35 win over Texas-Pan American on Sunday.
The Cowgirls hold a 3-0 record all time against UAPB.
All three meetings in the series have come in Stillwater with the Cowgirls knocking off UAPB last year, 95-50 on Dec. 27.
OSU is looking to start 7-0 for the second year in a row. Last year the Cowgirls won their first eight games of the season.
26 of OSU's 30 starts thus far have been made by freshmen and sophomores.
The Cowgirls have won 58 of their last 59 non-conference home games.
Know The Foe
Arkansas-Pine Bluff comes to town seeking its first win after falling, 67-37, at home to Arizona on Sunday.
The Golden Lions opened with eight consecutive road games before hosting the Wildcats.
Among UAPB's contests during its opening road trip was a Dec. 14 contest against Texas, which resulted in a 79-40 Longhorn victory.
Thursday's contest will start a five-game road swing for UAPB.
UTPA Leftovers
The victory was OSU's first since head coach Jim Littell had the interim tag removed from his title on Dec. 9.
The Cowgirls had four players score in double figures in the victory and recorded their fifth half this season in which they shot at least 50 percent.
Freshman Liz Donohoe logged her first career double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
Junior Lindsey Keller recorded her second career double-double, finishing with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
