• OSU will start its seventh season under head coach Kurt Budke on Wednesday at 7 p.m. with an exhibition against Fort Hays State.
• Wednesday's contest will mark the third consecutive season OSU has played a single exhibition game.
• In place of a second exhibition, the Cowgirls held a closed scrimmage against Arkansas on Oct. 30.
• The Cowgirls are 10-0 in exhibition contests under head coach Kurt Budke.

• The Tigers are led by All-MIAA honorable mention pick Christa Bechard.
• Bechard started all 26 games a year ago as a junior and averaged 11.2 points and 3.5 rebounds per game.
Non-Conference Success
In six seasons under head coach Kurt Budke, the Cowgirls have enjoyed considerable success during their non-conference schedule, posting a 65-12 record against non-league opponents during the regular season. Three times under Budke OSU has started 8-0, including a year ago. OSU has posted a 53-4 record against non-conference foes inside Gallagher-Iba Arena over the past six years. TheCowgirls also had a 48-game non-conference winning streak, which came to an end last year against fifth-ranked Duke.
