Cowboys Face Cardinal in NIT

Oklahoma State's Cowboy Basketball team faces Stanford in the semifinals of the Dick's Sporting Goods NIT Season Tip-Off tonight at 6 pm CT inside NYC's Madison Square Garden. The game will be televised by ESPN2.
The Cowboys are 2-0 all-time against the Cardinal, having defeated Stanford in each of the last two seasons. Both games were played as part of the Big 12/Pac-10 Hardwood Series.
OSU is 18-9 all-time inside Madison Square Garden, including a 2-0 mark in the 1991 Preseason NIT. The Cowboys' last matchup inside the Garden resulted in a 72-68 victory over the Syracuse Orange in the 2006 Jimmy V Classic.
The second game of the doubleheader will pit the Orange against Virginia Tech at approximately 8:30 pm CT. The losers of the two games will play each other on Friday at 1:30 pm CT. The winners will face off at 4 pm CT.
