Cowgirls Travel To Baylor For Weekend Tilt
Oklahoma State's women's basketball team (18-7, 6-5) will be in search of its fourth Big 12 road win of the year on Saturday when it travels to Waco, Texas to face Baylor (18-7, 5-6) at 7 p.m. The Cowgirls have lost four in a row after Wednesday's 69-52 loss to Texas A&M, while the Lady Bears enter the weekend riding the momentum of a 65-48 win over Texas Tech during the midweek.

Baylor leads the overall series by a 22-10 count after OSU took the first meeting this year, 78-65, on Jan. 9 in its conference opener. The Lady Bears won the last meeting in Waco, 75-57, last year and own a 12-2 advantage overall at home in the series. OSU's most recent road victory against the Lady Bears came two years ago, a 72-68 win.

Baylor is 13-1 at home this season after their 65-48 win over Texas Tech on Wednesday. Freshman Brittney Griner ranks fourth in the Big 12 at 18.9 points per game and fourth in rebounding at 8.7 boards per contest. Griner's 6.0 blocks per game lead the Big 12. Kelli Griffin is fourth in the league at 4.8 assists per game. Baylor leads the league in shooting percentage at 47.5 percent and field goal percentage defense at 32.4 percent. The Lady Bears are also the top rebounding team in the league with their +9.8 rebounding margin.
