Page, Moses Added as Team Captains

Stillwater, Okla. — Senior Marshall Moses and junior Keiton Page will join senior Nick Sidorakis as team captains for the 2010-11 season, it was announced today by head coach Travis Ford.
“Keiton and Marshall have both shown a great deal of leadership throughout the off-season and during the preseason,” Ford said. “We as a coaching staff feel that they both exhibit all the qualities and characteristics of a team captain and feel they are deserving of this honor.
“We hope that they continue to provide leadership in a positive manner throughout the season.”
Sidorakis was named a team captain back in May following the end of last season, and Ford mentioned at the time that he was looking for one or two other players to step up and serve as team captains.
“All three of these guys are quality young men who have held themselves accountable throughout the preseason,” Ford said. “But, they're also people who motivate and hold others accountable."
Oklahoma State opens the 2010-11 season on Saturday, Nov. 13, as the Cowboys host Houston Baptist at 3:30 pm inside Gallagher-Iba Arena.
