Four Cowgirls Earn All-American Scholar Honors

STILLWATER, Okla. - Four members of the Oklahoma State women's golf team were honored with the announcement of the National Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Team.
Seniors Amanda Johnson, Karin Kinnerud and Pernilla Lindberg as well as freshman Caroline Hedwall were all named to the squad.
The honor adds to a lengthy list of academic accomplishments for Kinnerud, who was named a second-team Academic All-American as well as a recipient of the Big 12's Dr. Prentice Gautt Postgraduate Scholarship.
Lindberg, Johnson and Lindberg was also named academic all-conference, marking the third time in their careers they have received the honor.
The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar team are a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50 and the student-athlete must have competed in at least 50 percent of their squad's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.
