Cowboy Tennis Picks Up Postseason Honors

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's men's tennis team earned three postseason honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, it was announced by the ITA office.
Cowboy coach James Wadley was named the Wilson/ITA Coach of the Year for the Central region. He led OSU to an undefeated season against region teams and a 14-8 record overall. It is the fifth time Wadley has been named region coach of the year since 2001.
OSU junior Oleksandr Nedovyesov was named the ITA Player to Watch for the Central region. It is the third-straight player to watch honor for the Alushta, Ukraine, native. He compiled an 18-3 record this spring and will compete in the NCAA Singles Championships which begin May 20.
Assistant coach Yevgen Bondarchuk was honored with the ITA Assistant Coach of the Year award for the Central region. He also earned this honor in 2007.
