Anderson Garners Big 12 co-Player of the Week Award

Anderson averaged 22 points last week in leading the Cowboys to two wins. He scored 24 points at Texas Tech, including shooting 9-of-12 from the free-throw line. He followed that up with his fourth-consecutive 20-point contest in a win over Baylor. He was 6-of-12 from the field and 7-of-7 from the charity stripe against the Bears.
Anderson moved into fourth place on the OSU single-season scoring list for sophomores. He has 469 points this season, the most by a Cowboy sophomore since 1993 when Bryant Reeves recorded 566 points. The Cowboys' leading scoring at 18 points per game this season, Anderson also compiled five steals and four assists in the two games last week.
Oklahoma State (17-9 overall, 6-6 Big 12) travels to Boulder, Colo., for a Wednesday night game with the Colorado Buffaloes. Tipoff is set for 9:30 p.m. CT and the game will be televised by the Cowboy Sports Network (KOCB TV-34 in Oklahoma City, KMYT TV-41 in Tulsa).
