Cowgirls Return Home To Face Texas Tech
Fresh off its upset win over Texas, the Oklahoma State's women's basketball team (15-9 overall, 4-7 Big 12) will begin a two-game homestand on Saturday when it hosts Texas Tech (14-11, 4-7) at 6 p.m. inside Gallagher-Iba Arena. OSU's win over No. 12 Texas was its second victory of the year over a top 25 foe and snapped a four-game slide overall.
OSU vs. Texas Tech ... The Series
The Lady Raiders lead the overall series by a 25-15 count. OSU has won the last three meetings and will be aiming for just its second four-game winning streak in the series. The Cowgirls last won four meetings with victories in 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1997. Prior to OSU's current string, Tech had won seven consecutive. The teams have split the 18 meetings in Stillwater.

Tech is coming off a loss on Tuesday night at home against Oklahoma and has lost two games in a row. The Lady Raiders are 2-4 this season on the road. Dominic Seals paces Tech in the scoring column with her 13.4 points per game, while Kierra Mallard is pulling a team-best 8.1 rebounds per contest. Mallard currently ranks fifth in the league in rebounding, slightly ahead of OSU's Shaunte' Smith. Maria Moore is sixth in the league with her 3.3 assists per game, while Seals ranks seventh in blocks (1.2 bpg) and Jordan Murphree is sixth in steals (2.1 spg).
