Scouting The Bears
Mercer comes to town looking to bounce back from a 76-45 loss to Georgia Southern on Dec. 11. The Bears had won their previous four contests. Mercer has won its last two road contests and is 2-1 this season in true road games. The Bears won at Charleston Southern, which is coached by former OSU head coach Julie Goodenough, on Nov. 21. Mercer's lone road loss came in its season opener on Nov. 13 at Oklahoma. The Bears have three Oklahoma natives on their roster in LaToya Jackson, Lorin Hammer and Lacy Ramon. Jackson is currently the squad's leading scorer at 16.7 ppg.
