• Was named an honorable mention All-American despite competing for just the spring semester.

• Joined the squad for the spring semester after graduating from high school in December.
• Was tabbed as the Big 12 Newcomer of the Year and a first-team all-conference selection.
• Earned her first career victory at the Big 12 Championship with a 9-over 225 total at Karsten Creek.
• Opened her collegiate career by tying for 28th at the Grumman Regional Challenge.
• Posted a runner-up showing in just her second start at the Arizona Wildcat Invitational with a 3-over 216.
• Tied for seventh at the Donnis Thompson Invitational at 8-over 224.
• Carded an even-par 216 score to finish seventh at the Ping/ASU Invitational.
• Finished fifth at the NCAA West Regional with a 3-under 213 total that included a career-best 69 during the first round.
Amateur
• Posted a 2-over 218 total to win the 2008 CPT/Lagoon Park Collegiate Open
• Advanced to match play at the U.S. Women's Amateur after tying for 59th place with a 152 total.
• Was eliminated in the first round of match play by Alison Walshe, 2 and 1.
• Was named an AJGA honorable mention All-American in 2007

Born June 20, 1989 in Boston, Massachusetts. Jaclyn is the daughter of Joseph and Della Sweeney. She has one sister, Stephanie. Jaclyn enjoys cooking, baking and playing other sports in her spare time. She was also recruited by North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, Texas A&M and Virginia.
