Cowboy Netters Set to Host New Mexico State

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's men's tennis team will get back to the court this weekend as the New Mexico State Aggies come to town for a Saturday showdown at Stillwater's DeBois Tennis Complex.
Back from the Blue Gray Classic
The Cowboys (10-5) are coming off a 2-1 outing at the Blue Gray Tennis Classic last weekend. The Pokes defeated Furman in the opening round before suffering a loss at the hands of Auburn in second-round action. In the consolation round, OSU bounced back to pick up a win over Virginia Commonwealth.

OSU is ranked 24th in the latest ITA Team Rankings. OSU boasts three players in the individual rankings. Sophomore Oleksandr Nedovyesov is ranked 11th, senior Ivan Puchkarov is 34th, and sophomore Dmytro Petrov is ranked 115th. Also, the Pokes' No. 1 doubles team (Nedovyesov/Nathan Byrnes) is ranked 46th.

New Mexico State will be back in action for the first time since picking up a win over UT Arlington back on March 2. The Aggies were 3-4 on the season before a recent three-match win streak over Sacramento State, Utah, and UT Arlington improved their record to 6-4.
