Big 12 Championship First Round
* With its 76-72 win over Texas Tech, Oklahoma State improved to 6-0 in the first round of the Big 12 Championship.
* Oklahoma State is now 16-9 overall at the Big 12 Championship and 4-1 in the event against Texas Tech.
* Oklahoma State improved to 15-2 on the season when leading at the half.
* The Cowboys' 11 turnovers matched their low for the season set against Texas on Jan. 21.
* Freshman James Anderson set a new career high with eight rebounds.
* Anderson's 18 points were his most against a Big 12 opponent and marked the 13th time this season he has led OSU in scoring. Anderson scored 17 on two occasions against league foes during the regular season.
* Freshman Martavius Adams finished with 10 points, giving him his first double-figure scoring game since scoring 10 points against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Dec. 5.
* Junior Byron Eaton dished out four assists against the Red Raiders, giving him 336 for his career and moving him within one of tying Victor Williams for the No. 11 spot on the school's all-time list.
* Senior Marcus Dove finished with four steals in the contest, moving him into 12th place on the school's all-time chart with 137.
* Dove finished with one block against the Red Raiders and now has 100 for his career.
