Cowgirl Basketball Fans Encouraged To ?Think Pink? On Sunday

STILLWATER, Okla.ÂOklahoma State's women's basketball team will take part in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's (WBCA) “Think Pink” Campaign this Sunday when it hosts Iowa State at 2 p.m.
Over 900 schools have committed to the initiative, which serves to assist in raising breast cancer awareness. Several activities are planned and fans are encouraged to wear pink for the Cowgirls' contest against the Cyclones.
The athletic department will be giving away 300 pink t-shirts, while Zeta Tau Alpha sorority will pass out pink ribbons as well as informational post cards. In addition, Coaches vs. Cancer will have a table set up to distribute pink wrist bands, pledge forms and information on breast cancer.
The Cowgirls will wear pink shooting shirts during pre-game warm-ups as well as pink headbands and shoelaces during the game.
Four breast cancer survivors will be recognized prior to the game and will shoot at halftime while pink buckets are passed throughout the stands to raise money for cancer research. All proceeds will be earmarked for local research in
