Postgame Notes
· Oklahoma State won its third consecutive home opener under head coach Kurt Budke with its 89-56 victory over McNeese State on Tuesday.
· Junior Tegan Cunningham made her first career start for the Cowgirls, finishing with 16 points and four rebounds.
· Junior Ally Clardy made her first 3-pointer of the season and her first since hitting her only three of the 2007-08 season against Central Arkansas on Dec. 22, 2007.
· Sophomore Kristin Hernandez finished with 17 points for her first double-figure scoring game since scoring 10 points at Nebraska on Feb. 10, 2008.
· Junior Andrea Riley finished with 22 points for her 13th consecutive 20-point outing dating back to last season.
· Freshman Kelsey Hatcher scored her first career points, hitting a pair of 3-pointers to finish with six points on the night.
· Sophomore Ashley Jappa also saw her first regular-season action as a Cowgirl.
· Junior Megan Byford's 10 rebounds were her most since pulling a career-high 11 against Central Arkansas last season.
