Cowboy Netters Defeat Seminole State

OSU's newcomers continued to impress in their first week as Cowboys. Freshman Anton Bobytskyi won in dominant fashion over SSC's Aaron Goode, 6-1, 6-1. Egor Sobolta, another Cowboy freshman, defeated Nick Steifer, 6-1, 6-1. OSU sophomore Dmytro Petrov picked up a win over Brett Little, 6-2, 6-1.
Bobytskyi also picked up his first doubles win as he and Petrov defeated the SSC duo of Steifer and Goode, 8-0. Cowboy sophomore Oleksandr Nedovyesov teamed with junior Nathan Byrnes to defeat SSC's Andrew Carter and James Vinkis, 8-2.
OSU assistant coach Yevgen Bondarchuk was pleased with his team's output Thursday.
