2006-07 (Sophomore season)
started 11 games for the Cowboys, including seven in an eight-game stretch throughout the month of January.
reached double figures in rebounding for the first time in his career with 11 boards vs. Baylor in the conference opener.
achieved double figures against a Big 12 squad for the first time in his career with 12 points at Kansas.
had a six-game span beginning with the Tennessee game in which he averaged 11.5 points per game.
scored a career-high 16 points at Baylor on March 3, connecting on 7-of-8 shots from the floor.
connected on his first-career three pointer against Texas-San Antonio on Dec. 30.
2005-06 (Freshman season)
started 17 games as a true freshman.
averaged just 9.7 minutes per game over the course of the season, but had a five-game stretch where he nearly doubled that to 18.8 minutes per game (Dec. 31 - Jan. 14).
scored a career-high 12 points in his second collegiate game against Jackson State on Nov. 20.
also scored in double figures with 11 points against Arkansas State on Dec. 31.
was a perfect 4-of-4 from the floor in 27 minutes at Missouri on Jan. 7, his first Big 12 contest.
High School
attended Richwood High School in Monroe, La., and played for coach Terry Martin.
averaged 20 points, 12 rebounds and five blocked shots per game his senior year, leading his squad to a Class 3A state championship.
in the state finals, the Rams defeated Marksville, 76-39, led by Coopers 22 points and 11 rebounds.

Personal
Born Dec. 26, 1987, Kenny is the son of Kenneth, Sr., and Lee Ann Cooper. He has four brothers: Travis, Roy and Roderick Candley and Sam Cooper. Roy had a brief stint with the Cowboy Basketball squad. Kenny enjoys reading the Bible, going to church, hanging out with friends and listening to music in his spare time. He is majoring in health and human performance at Oklahoma State.
