OSU Coaches vs. Cancer Mens Swish! Night
This Saturdays mens basketball game against Texas Tech has been designated as Swish! Night, an annual fundraiser sponsored by the OSU Coaches vs. Cancer Campaign.
Four young cancer survivors will be recognized prior to the start of the basketball game and participate in a one-minute basketball shootout at halftime.
Each basket made will be added to the OSU mens team 3-Point Attack total, adding to pledges for the American Cancer Societys Coaches vs. Cancer campaign.
Thanks to sponsors Chad Clay of Complete Environmental Products, Express Personnel Services and President David Schmidly, the kids and their families will then enjoy the basketball game from the arena suites.
The four young cancer survivors are: Lacey Rodgers (age 9) from Drumright, Caleb Tiger (16) from Pawnee, Austin Giacomo (11) of Edmond, and Hannah Turner (10) of Guthrie.
Fans are encouraged to bring a few extra dollars to the game to donate to the campaign in support of the kids.
