On the game
“I thought we were very good. I thought we were better focused. Central Arkansas is a young team and they are growing. They are going to be fine. It is tough to come on the road and play Oklahoma and play us back-to-back like that. We thought that this game could be a good opportunity to play some of our young kids and let them get out there and compete a bit. As I look at the minutes, I think we did a good job of that. Andrea Riley only played 15 minutes today and, if you look at the young kids, they got some good quality minutes today. Overall, it was a pretty good performance. You can tend to get a little sloppy at times, but I thought we were pretty efficient on both ends of the floor.”
On keeping a high level of play
“They are 19-year old kids, so sure you worry about (coming out sloppy after the half), but like I told them before, this really isn't about anybody we are playing right now. It is about us and preparing for the Big 12. Pretty soon, once you get into our league and start playing all the ranked teams that we have in our league, those little mistakes you make can turn into four or six points at the other end. You just have to do a better job of executing at both ends and I thought we did that.”
