Senior forward Marcus Dove recorded a career-high seven steals today. He became the 23rd player in school history to record 100 steals in a career. He now has 105 in his career. That total moves him into 21st in school history. He moved past Ray Crenshaw (103 steals), Leroy Combs (103), JamesOn Curry (99) and Maurice Baker (99).
Freshman center Ibrahima Thomas recorded a career-high nine rebounds vs. UTA.
Oklahoma States 15 steals today are the most since the Cowboys recorded 18 against Prairie View A&M, a span of 10 games. It is also the most ever by OSU vs. UTA, breaking the previous high of nine.
Junior guard Byron Eaton recorded a season-high seven assists vs. the Mavericks.
OSU had five different players reach double figures today, just the second time this season the Cowboys have done so. Five players also reached double figures against Prairie View A&M.
Oklahoma State is now 10-1 all-time vs. Texas-Arlington and 40-5 all-time against teams from the Southland Conference.
The Cowboys have now won 142 of their last 145 games at home against non-conference opponents, good for a 97.9 winning percentage.
Oklahoma State has now won 11-consecutive games heading into the Christmas break.
