Cowgirl Basketball Rolls Past Oklahoma Flyers, 99-57

The Cowgirls scored the first 17 points of the game and held the Flyers in single digits until the 5:22 mark of the first half on their way to a 50-19 advantage at the half. The victory was OSU's fifth consecutive over the Flyers and moved them to 5-0 all-time in exhibition play under head coach Kurt Budke.
Four of OSU's five starters scored in double figures and were led by sophomore Andrea Riley, who finished with a game-high 25 points on an 8-of-16 shooting effort. The Dallas, Texas native also added four assists and three steals.
Junior Shaunte' Smith grabbed a game-high 16 rebounds, while freshman Alex Richardson was impressive in her OSU debut. The Edmond, Okla. native converted six of her eight shots from the field on her way to 13 points and grabbed nine boards in 17 minutes of work.
Emily Jaskowiak finished as the leading scorer for the Flyers with 11 points off the bench.
The Cowgirls will close out their exhibition slate on Tuesday, Nov. 6 when they host East Central at 5:30 p.m.
