Cowgirl Basketball To Open 2007-08 Campaign With Exhibition Contest
Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will begin its third season under head coach Kurt Budke on Friday with the first of two exhibition games on the slate. OSU will tip off the campaign at 5:30 against the Oklahoma Flyers. The contest will be the front end of a doubleheader with the men's squad, which will also be getting its exhibition season underway.
OSU In Exhibition Play

OSU knocked off the Flyers, 105-45, before defeating East Central, 83-35, last year to extend its winning streak to six games in exhibition play. The Cowgirls have won all four of their exhibition contests under head coach Kurt Budke, including both matchups with the Flyers.

Prior to arriving in Stillwater, the Flyers will face a common opponent with OSU as they will travel o Wichita, Kan. to take on Wichita State Thursday.
The Series
Friday's contest will mark the fifth-straight year the Flyers have trekked to Stillwater. The Cowgirls have won all four meetings, including last year's Nov. 4 contest, 105-45.
