• Oklahoma State's 12 steals in the first half established a new school record. The previous high was 10 steals on two occasions: Dec. 8, 2002 vs. Northwestern State and Dec. 19, 1988 vs. UMKC, both in the first half.
• The 18 total steals for OSU ties for the second-most in school history. It is the most by a Cowboy squad ever against a Southwestern Athletic Conference school.
• The Cowboys forced 36 Panther turnovers, the most by an OSU opponent in school history.
• Junior guard Byron Eaton finished with seven steals, tying his career high. It is also the most by a Cowboy against a SWAC school. It ties for the second-most in a single game by an individual. The record is eight set by Brooks Thompson and tied by Desmond Mason.
• Freshman guard James Anderson scored 29 points, tying Byron Houston for the most by a freshman in school history.
• The 56 point margin of victory ranks tied for the eighth-largest in school history.
• With one blocked shot vs. PVAMU, senior forward Marcus Dove now has 65 in his career, tying Richard Dumas for 10th place on the career blocked shot list.
