Cowboys Lead Big 12 with Four All-Conference Selections

Daniel Byrnes, one of six unanimous selections, was selected All-Big 12 for the first time in his career. The junior has compiled a record of 13-6 this spring at No. 1 singles, including a 5-2 record in the Big 12 regular season. The Melbourne, Australia, native, is currently ranked 13th in the latest ITA rankings.
Ivan Puchkarov, another unanimous selection, was also named Newcomer of the Year. Puchkarov is unbeaten in the Big 12 and has won 15-straight matches for Oklahoma State. The Simfevopol, Ukraine, native, has recorded an 18-2 record in his first season in Stillwater. The sophomore currently ranks 77th in the latest ITA rankings.
Tomas Bohunicky, a Trnava, Slovakia native, was selected to the the All-Big 12 team for the second consecutive season. The senior went 5-2 at No. 2 singles during the Big 12 regular season and 13-8 overall.
Besides the individual accolades, the Cowboys' No. 1 doubles tandem of Daniel and Nathan Byrnes was also selected to the All-Big 12 Team. The duo, who currently rank 41st in the country, went 11-7 this season for O-State.
