Freshman Obi Muonelo scored 16 points, the most by a Cowboy freshman in his debut since Corey Williams scored 17 at Pittsburgh on Nov. 26, 1988, as a freshman in the season opener.
Oklahoma States 14 three pointers are the second-most by a Cowboy squad in OSU history. OSU connected on a school record 15-of-23 shots from long range against Northwestern Oklahoma State on Dec. 21, 2004.
Five different Cowboys scored in double figures. The last time five Pokes reached double figures in the same game was on Dec. 18 of last season, when six Cowboys scored in double figures.
OSU shot 60 percent or better from the floor for the first time since Dec. 31, 2005, when the Cowboys shot 65.3 percent (32-of-49) against Arkansas State.
Oklahoma States 45-point margin of victory is the largest since the Cowboys defeated Northwestern Oklahoma State 92-35 on Dec. 21, 2004, a 57-point margin. Its the largest margin against a Division I opponent since the Pokes outscored Washington State by 52, 81-29, on Dec. 4, 2004.
