Dominique Chism My least favorite part was running 300 shuttles and my favorite part was lifting weights and getting bigger.
Ally Clardy My least favorite thing about preseason workouts was getting up early everyday and my favorite thing about preseason workouts was getting stronger and our team competitions.
Maria Cordero My favorite about preseason is getting stronger and in shape. My least favorite is knowing it is far way from game time.
Natasha Doh My favorite thing about preseason workouts was the toll it took on our team to bring us closer together and help us realize that we are all here for the same reason and that is to try and win a national title. My least favorite part of preseason workouts had to be all the running we did outside in the heat of the day. We would run outside when it seemed to be a record high temperature.
Christina Fox My favorite part of the preseason is the end result, when you are actually in shape. My least favorite part is finding the motivation to keep running everyday!
Danielle Green My favorite part of our preseason workouts is when we had competition. (Strength and Conditioning Coach) Marcellus Campbell divided us up into teams and we would compete against other teams to see who could do the best for that week. It was exciting because we all pushed ourselves to the limit so our team could win. Even though it was conditioning it was more disguised and you just did not think of it as conditioning but trying to win. The worst part of preseason was when we were in the gym. After we did over an hour of agility work, we had to do something called a pyramid that went up to a Deep Eight and back down. That was not fun because we were soooooo tired and then we had to run some more. What made it even worse is that everything was timed. I almost passed out that day.
Taylor Hardeman My favorite part of the preseason is the fact that we are all working hard together and learning to become a team. My least favorite part is waking up early in the morning.
Christian Hood My favorite part of workouts in the preseason are the weights. It is always fun for me to want to get bigger. :) My least favorite part is always playing against each other. I'm ready for season so we can go up against the other girls.
Rita Kollo My favorite part is that my body transforms, and it means that I lose body fat and I get quicker and my endurance gets better. The least favorite part is that somehow the time seems going slower in those couple weeks.
Charese “Tudy” Reed My favorite and least favorite part of preseason training is getting fit! On one hand, the conditioning and weightlifting aspects can be flat out horrible sometimes... then again, you appreciate can it later when your body looks and feels great especially after/during games.
Andrea Riley My favorite part of preseason workouts were the competitions that we had. We were split up into teams and we were able to gain or lose points depending on our performances everyday. It was a real motivator. I especially enjoyed this part of preseason because me team won the competition! My least favorite part of preseason was the MILE RUN!
Rashidat Sadiq My favorite part of my preseason workouts was running shuttles and lifting weights. However, my least favorite was running miles because it's boring to me.
Brisa Silva Long-distance running is one of the most challenging parts of preseason workout. I enjoyed lifting, abdominals, agility stations, sprints because they they are fun.
Shaunte' Smith The best thing about our preseason workouts was getting to be around my teammates and the worst thing was having to run stadiums.
Destanie Sykes My favorite part about preseason workouts are the weekends because they give you time to recover from the week and my least favorite part are Mondays because you have to start all over again with the same stuff you did last week.
