Cowboy Tennis Set For Televised Match Against Tulsa

Oklahoma State's men's tennis team will have a chance to showcase its talent for a live television audience this week, playing Tulsa at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa.
The match will be broadcast on Cox Channel 3 inTulsa and Cox Channel 29 in Stillwater . John Holcomb and TU women's head coach Paige McMurray will provide commentary.
The 14-ranked Cowboys are 15-5 on the year and 4-2 in conference play after defeatingArkansas , 4-1, on April 6 in Tulsa . Mark Van Elden, Daniel Byrnes and Artie Burmistrau picked up singles wins against the Hogs after the team swept doubles play.
No. 47 Tulsa is 14-9 on the year after dropping a 6-1 decision toOklahoma on April 7. The Golden Hurricane are anchored at the top three spots by Aleksander Charpantidis and brothers Ricardo and Federico Soriano.
