Curry connected on 6-of-12 field goals for the Cowboys (3-0), including 3-of-4 from three-point range.
He hit a 3-pointer and a mid-range jumper on back-to-back possessions, giving the Cowboys an 8-0 lead with 17:11 to play.
Curry followed another 3-pointer with a jump shot, stretching the Oklahoma State lead to 21-6 with 12:51 remaining. The Cowboys never looked back.
Torre Johnson's two-hand jam at the 6:44 mark increased Oklahoma State's advantage to 35-13. After being fouled on a layup, David Monds converted a three-point play with a free throw. Following a Detroit turnover on the ensuing possession, he sank a jump shot, finishing the half with 9 points.
A 3-pointer by Terrel Harris as the halftime buzzer sounded widened the lead to 50-23.
Oklahoma State maintained its advantage in the second half, although the Titans did come within 61-45 with 12:28 remaining on a lay-in by senior guard Ben Green. The Cowboys responded, surging back ahead by 20.

Johnson finished with 15 points. Mario Boggan scored 14 and Monds added 13 for the Cowboys.
Brandon Cotton led Detroit with 18 points.
