Oklahoma State squeaks past TCU, 66-58

Torre Johnson scored a team-high 15 points to lead Oklahoma State past TCU 66-58 Friday night in the third round of the Las Vegas Holiday Invitational.
Johnson, off the bench, went 7-of-10 from the field and pulled down four rebounds. Marcus Dove added 9 points and 6 rebounds for Oklahoma State (4-0, 3-0 invitational).
The Cowboys play No. 10 Boston College in the championship Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Central time. Boston College defeated Drake in the third round earlier Friday. TCU will play Drake for third place.
For TCU (1-2, 1-1 invitational), Nile Murray led with 18 points, scoring 15 of them in the first half. Judson Stubbs added 11 points and 9 rebounds, going 5-of-6 from the free-throw line.
Oklahoma State shot 50 percent, making 26 of 52 shots. TCU shot 37 percent (19 of 51). From the foul line, the Horned Frogs converted 13 of 23 for 57 percent, while the Cowboys were 9-of-14 for 64 percent.
