Cowboy Tennis to Open 2005-06 Season

STILLWATER, Okla. -- Oklahoma State's men's tennis team will open the 2005-06 campaign on Monday at the 2005 Polo Ralph Lauren All-American Tennis Championships. The University of Tulsa will host the event at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the TU campus. The field will include 128 individuals and 64 doubles teams. Oklahoma State had three players garner preseason rankings from the ITA. Thomas Bohunicky is the 49^th-ranked individual in the country. The team of Daniel Byrnes and Felipe Diaz is the 35^th-ranked doubles team. The Cowboys finished 22-7 a year ago, hosted an NCAA Regional and finshed the year ranked 13th.
