Cowgirl Basketball Announces 2004-05 Schedule

Under third-year head coach Julie Goodenough, the Cowgirls will navigate a 28-game schedule. Including a pair of exhibition games to open the slate, OSU will play nine of its first 12 games inside Gallagher-Iba Arena and has 17 home dates overall.
The Cowgirls will open the season on Nov. 8 with an exhibition contest against Northwest Sports in Stillwater and will begin the regular season on Nov. 20 at home against Nicholls State.
OSU's schedule includes non-conference tilts against postseason participants New Mexico and Memphis as well as a trip to Tulsa to battle in-state rival Oral Roberts in the Bertha Teague Classic.
The Cowgirls will open their 16-game Big 12 slate at Missouri on Jan. 5, one of nine conference schools to appear in either the NCAA Tournament or the WNIT a season ago.
A pair of Fox Sports Net telecasts, Jan. 8 against Texas Tech and Feb. 12 at Baylor, dot the schedule as well before OSU closes out the regular season in Stillwater on March 3 with the second of two Bedlam contests against Oklahoma.
