Cowboy Netters Set to Take on BYU
March 05, 2004 | Cowboy Tennis
STILLWATER, Okla. (OSU Athletics ) Â Oklahoma State's men's tennis team will take on the Brigham Young Cougars this Monday at 1 p.m. at the DuBois Tennis Center. It was rescheduled due to travel problems BYU experienced in trying to land during severe weather.
The Cowboys are currently 3-1 and are led by junior Australian Mark Van Elden. Van Elden holds a 4-0 record and is coming off of a rather decisive victory over 12th-ranked Adrian Zguns of Arkansas.
The Cougars are currently 1-8 and ranked No. 72. They are led by No. 58 Erik Nyman who will likely face Van Elden at the No. 1 singles' position.
