Mark Van Elden and Daniel Byrnes picked up the victory in No. 1 doubles 8-2, but Yevgen Bondarchuk and Boris Kuharic did them one better by winning 8-1 at No. 2.
Juan Felipe Diaz and Tomas Bohunicky were ahead 6-0 when their match was suspended and singles play began.
Van Elden defeated Seo-Jae Chang in straight sets 6-3, 6-3. Bondarchuk and Bohunicky each won their match 7-5, 6-1. Kuharic had the easiest match defeating Fernando Uehara 6-1, 6-2. Byrnes and Diaz each needed a third set to defeat their opponent.
