Graham also had nine rebounds to lead the Pokes in both categories. Ivan McFarlin and John Lucas each scored 18 for OSU, while freshman JamesOn Curry chipped in 17. Stephen Graham had 10 points for the Cowboys.
USAO led by as many as five points just five minutes into the first half, before Oklahoma State went on a 25-5 run over the next 10 minutes and led, 32-17, with just under seven minutes before intermission. The Pokes led by 23 at halftime, led by Curry's 14 points.
Oklahoma State went on a dunkfest in the second period, seemingly scoring at will as the Cowboys shot 71.4 percent in the second stanza. The OSU defense also stepped up, allowing just 28 points on 27.8 percent shooting by the Drovers in the final period.
Wayne Gibson had 21 points for USAO, while Nate Foster scored 10 off the bench for the Drovers. No USAO player had more than five rebounds.
Lucas had a good night for the Cowboys, starting the evening on the bench. He responded by scoring 18 points on 7-of-10 shooting, including a perfect 4-of-4 from the three-point arc, had eight assists, six rebounds and just two turnovers in 27 minutes. Terrence Crawford matched Joey Graham's rebounding total with nine in 17 minutes.
Oklahoma State will host the EA Sports All-Stars on Saturday, Nov. 12, at 7 p.m. inside Gallagher-Iba Arena.
