Cowboys Sign Four to National Letters of Intent

Gerald Green, the top high school player in the country according to Rivals.com, is a 6-8 wing/small forward from Gulf Shores Academy in Houston, Texas. He is considered a consensus top-10 player nationally. He averaged 29 points, 15 rebounds, seven blocks and five assists per game his junior year.
Green competed in several tournaments this past summer, including the Adidas Showtime Tournament where he was named the tournament's top wing forward. He led the entire Reebok ABCD Camp in scoring, averaging 19.1 points per game against some of the best competition nationally.
Green chose the Cowboys after being recruited by several national powerhouses, including Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Boston College, DePaul, Houston, Kansas, Louisville, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin.
Byron Eaton, a 5-10 point guard from Dallas' Lincoln High School, is ranked the second-best player in the state of Texas according to Texas Roundball, and is a consensus top-20 player nationally. Bob Gibbons has him ranked as the No. 1 point guard in the country. Eaton averaged 19 points, seven assists and five rebounds per game his junior year.
This past summer, Eaton competed in the NBA Players Association Top 100 Camp in Richmond, Va., the Senior All-Star game at the Reebok ABCD Camp in New Jersey, the Reebok Big Time Tournament in Las Vegas, and the Reebok West Summer Classic in Fullerton, Calif.
He was also recruited by Georgia Tech, Illinois, Indiana, Louisville, Marquette, Oklahoma, Syracuse and Texas.
Roderick Flemings is a 6-6 wing/small forward from DeSoto High School. He committed early to the Cowboys' coaching staff, and therefore took his name off several schools' lists. Flemings is considered a top-50 selection nationally, and is ranked as the fourth-best prospect out of Texas according to Texas Roundball. Flemings is ranked No. 24 nationally according to Bob Gibbons.
Flemings competed in several tournaments during the summer, and was ranked as the second-best wing forward at the NBA Players Association Top 100 Camp. He led all campers in scoring at that elite event. His junior year in high school, Flemings averaged 16 points and nine rebounds per contest.
Terrell Harris is a shooting guard/wing out of South Garland High School in Dallas. The 6-4 talent is considered a top-60 player nationally, and is ranked as high as 41st by Bob Gibbons. He averaged 17 points, seven rebounds and six assists his junior year at South Garland.
Harris also drew interest from LSU, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, TCU and Texas Tech.
This overall class at Oklahoma State is considered one of the top-five nationally, and has been ranked as the second-best class in the country by Bob Gibbons in collegiate basketball.
