Times for Bertha Teague Classic Changed

Due to a conflict with the Builders Square Alamo Bowl, the times for the second round of the Bertha Teague Memorial Classic women's basketball tournament in Stillwater have been changed. The second day's games will be played at 3 and 5 p.m., with Oklahoma State playing in the second game, regardless of the outcome in the first round.

The games, originally scheduled for 6 and 8 p.m., conflicted with the Alamo Bowl in which the Oklahoma State football team is playing. The move will give OSU fans a chance to go to the basketball tournament and still watch the bowl game on television.

Along with Oklahoma State, other schools participating in the annual tournament are Oral Roberts, North Texas and Sam Houston State.

Monday, Dec. 29 Sam Houston State vs. North Texas 6 p.m. Oral Roberts at Oklahoma State 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30 Sam Houston State or North Texas vs. Oral Roberts 3 p.m. Sam Houston State or North Texas vs. Oklahoma State 5 p.m.
