Men's Netter Advances to Round of 32

Oklahoma State’s men’s tennis standout Mark Van Elden defeated Air Force’s Shannon Buck, 7-5, 6-0, today in the first round of the NCAA Singles Championship in Athens, Ga.

With the win the sophomore from Geelong Victoria, Australia improved to 14-4 on the year. Van Elden will face the winner between UCLA’s Tobias Clemens and Georgia’s Nicolas Boeker in the round of 32 on Thursday.
