Robisch Out at Least a Month with Stress Fracture
April 09, 2003 | Cowboy Basketball
Scott Robisch, a redshirt freshman forward on the Oklahoma State men's basketball team, will miss at least the next four weeks with a stress fracture in his right femur.
The injury to Robisch's thigh was diagnosed after a bone scan Tuesday morning, according to Dr. Donald Cooper, the team physician.
Robisch began feeling the effects of the injury in mid-December. He missed the last two OSU games but had played in six of the team's nine previous contests. He is averaging 3.8 points and 2.7 rebounds per game in just 8.3 minutes of action per contest, and he currently has a 63.6 field goal percentage.
The 11-0 Cowboys, off to their third-best start ever, will host Nebraska on Wednesday at 7:05 p.m. in the first conference home game of the year.
