Men's Netters Blank Oral Roberts

Oklahoma State's men's tennis team defeated Oral Roberts, 7-0, on Tuesday in Tulsa, Okla. The win improves the Cowboys record to 3-0 on the season.
The Cowboys jumped to an early 1-0 lead after sweeping all three doubles matches.
Sophomore Boris Kuharic and freshman Juan Felipe Diaz recorded the first doubles victory for the OSU at the No. 2 doubles spot. The duo defeated ORU's Wesley Kemp and Chris Moore, 8-1.
Senior Jiri Jezek and sophomore Mark Van Elden defeated Eddie Paez and Kevin Garlington 8-3, at the No. 3 doubles position. Junior Yevgen Bondarchuk and freshman Jiri Spousta completed the doubles sweep at the No. 1 doubles spot defeating Jared Welch and Matt Munson, 8-6, at the No. 1 doubles position.
The Cowboys never looked back as they won all six singles matches to complete the sweep.
Van Elden defeated Moore in straight sets at the No. 1 singles spot, 6-2, 6-0. Bondarchuk had little trouble with Welch at the No. 2 singles position winning 6-0, 6-0.
Kuharic defeated Paez in straight sets, 6-2, 6-1, at the No. 3 singles spot. Bohunicky won by default over Munson at the No. 4 singles spot.
Jezek defeated Garlington, 6-1, 6-0 at the No. 5 singles position. Spousta defeated Kemp at the No. 6 singles position, 6-3, 6-3.
The Cowboys will return to action on Saturday, March 8 when they host Drake at 11 a.m. in Stillwater, Okla.
