Center Jenny Brown, forward Nicole Campbell, guard Deidra Johnson, guard Jackie Moore and center Tiffany Washington all cast their lot with the Cowgirls during the spring signing period and will join the squad for the upcoming season.
"We are very excited to get in on junior college players that are the caliber of these five kids. They bring a lot of college game experience and that is what we need. These five players can come in and make an immediate impact for us next season," Goodenough said.
Brown, a 6-2 prospect from Barton County Community College, played in 23 games last season, averaging 9.3 points and 7.9 rebounds per game, and was rated as the No. 31 junior college center prospect by the All-Star Girls Report. "I am very excited for Jenny to get the opportunity to play at the Big 12 level for OSU and fulfill her dream of playing against a high level of competition," Barton County Head Coach Don Kayser said. "Jenny brings a lot of toughness to the floor and she is a very skillful player with a lot of experience against some of the top junior college players in the game."
Campbell comes to OSU after spending last season at Northern Oklahoma College-Enid where she averaged 15.5 points and 6.8 rebounds in 32 games. The 5-11 Campbell hit at a 44 percent clip from the floor and was selected to both the Bi-State Conference and all-region third teams.

Johnson was rated by the All-Star Girls Report as the No. 8 junior college point guard prospect in the nation.
A product of Butler County Community College, Moore led the Lady Grizzlies to a 27-6 record last season while averaging 12.3 points and 5.3 rebounds per outing. The 5-10 guard earned second-team All-Jayhawk West Conference honors this past season and was an all-conference performer as a freshman after averaging 7.9 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.6 steals per game.
"Jackie is very athletic, runs the floor well and is a good rebounder as well as an excellent defensive player," Butler County Head Coach Toby McCammon said. "She competes at a high level and is a good athlete in all phases of the game."
Washington, a 6-1 Center from New Mexico Junior College, led the Lady T-Birds in scoring (15.8 ppg) and rebounding (10.7 rpg) while hitting 56 percent of her shots from the floor. The two-time all-conference selection finished eighth in the nation in rebounding and 25th in the junior college ranks in scoring last season.
"Tiffany is a really good athlete. Her biggest attribute is her ability to use her athleticism to get up and down the floor in transition," NMJC Head Coach Ara Baten said.
