Men's Netters Fall to Tulsa

Oklahoma State's men's tennis team fell to Tulsa, 3-4, on Wednesday in Tulsa, Okla. With the loss the Cowboys drop to 8-4 on the season.
The Cowboys jumped to an early 1-0 lead after winning two of three doubles matches.
Seniors Matt Prentice and Fran Krepelka upset the No. 20 ranked duo of Dane McGregor and Shiranga Sudhakara, 8-4, at the No. 1 doubles. Prentice and Krepelka are now 9-3 on the season.
Junior Jiri Jezek and freshman Angel Diankova defeated Mike Hammar and Alejandro Tejerina, 9-7, at the No. 2 doubles spot to clinch the doubles point. The win improves the duo's overall record to 9-2 on the season.
Tulsa rallied back to win four of six singles matches to take the victory.
Prentice outlasted McGregor, 6-3,4-6,6-3, at the No. 1 singles. The Wellington, New Zealand native improves his season record to 5-6.
Krepelka defeated Pawel Sebastyanski in straight sets, 6-2,6-1, at the No. 2 singles to improve his season record to 10-2.
The Cowboys will return to action on April 8 when they travel to Wichita, Kan. to take on the Wichita St. Shockers.
