Tennis Players Named To All-Big 12 Team

Four Oklahoma State tennis players were selected to the 2002 All-Big 12 Conference teams on Thursday night at the annual Big 12 tennis tournament banquet in College Station, Texas.
Seniors Matt Prentice and Fran Krepelka were selected on the men's singles and doubles teams.
Prentice ended the regular season with a record of 9-8 (4-3 Big 12) at No. 1 singles and teamed up with Krepelka to post a 14-4 (6-1 Big 12) record at No. 1 doubles.
Krepelka recorded a record of 15-3 (6-1 Big 12) at the No. 2 singles spot.
This marks the second time that Prentice and Krepelka have been selected to the All-Big 12 team.
Junior Linda Faltynkova was selected to the women's singles and double's team. Faltynkova went (15-6 (9-2 Big 12) in singles play and 18-4 in doubles.
Sophomore Katya Kolodynska was selected to the doubles team with Faltynkova. Together, the duo finished the regular season with a record of 15-3 (8-1 Big 12) at No. 1 doubles.
This marks the second straight year that the duo has been selected to the All-Big 12 doubles team.
The players are voted upon by the coaches in the Big 12 Conferences.
