Men's Netters Defeat Texas Tech

Oklahoma State's men's tennis team defeated Texas Tech, 4-3, on Saturday in Stillwater, Okla. improving their record to 11-7 (3-4 Big 12) on the season.
The Cowboys fell behind 1-0 after dropping two of three doubles matches.
Seniors Matt Prentice and Fran Krepelka recorded the doubles win for the Cowboys at No. 1 doubles. The duo defeated Richard Crabtree and Ben Gadzulek 8-3.
The Cowboys secured the win by taking four of six singles matches.
Freshman Loren Collins won the first team point for the Cowboys beating David Knaszek, 6-1,6-3, at No. 5 singles.
Krepelka and junior Jiri Jezek tied the match with wins at No. 2 and 3 singles. Krepelka defeated Gadzulek 6-0, 6-2 at No. 2 singles while Jezek defeated Crabtree 6-4,6-2 at No. 3 singles.
The deciding point was won by Prentice at No. 1 singles. Prentice defeated Royce Ramey ,6-3,3-6,6-1, giving the Cowboys the fourth place spot in the Big 12 Tournament.
The Cowboys will return to action on April 25 when they travel to Colllege Station for the Big 12 Tournament.
